Roy Philippi

Roy Philippi was a successful rancher, the first breeder of purebred Hereford cattle in Gilliam County, an active supporter of 4-H and FFA youth work, livestock and horse shows, and a member of the original planning group that created the Oregon Wheat League Fat Stock Show. Roy is considered a pioneer in developing the livestock industry of eastern Oregon.
