D. E. Richards

D.E. “Dick” Richards was a friend of all stockmen. He was first president of the original Withycombe Club. Dick served as extension livestock specialist, superintendent of the Eastern Oregon Livestock Station, and manager of Ox-Bow Ranch. He was also manager of the Pacific International Livestock Exposition and a booster of all youth livestock activities.
