Research Interests
In general, research will focus on different integral aspects of both pre-weaned and post-weaned beef calves. Specifically, research studies will focus on nutritional and management issues affecting calf performance (pre- and post-weaning), health, and carcass development. These projects will revolve around both conventional and forage-based beef programs, and include both economic and environmental considerations.
