Every year, poultry gains in popularity as a preferred meat. Poultry products like chicken, turkey, duck and eggs make the industry a $20 billion-plus business. The Oregon Fryer Commission, its growers, and industry professionals want to share their passion for poultry by encouraging today's youth to join an industry that can be very rewarding, both financially and personally. The Oregon Fryer Commission has established Scholarships to help encourage and nurture careers in the poultry industry available to students seeking an Animal Science degree.
