National Milk Producers Federation Scholarships

National Milk Producers Federation (NMPF) is the oldest farm commodity organization in the United States, having been organized since 1916 to represent dairy marketing cooperatives that are owned and operated by dairy farm families across the nation. NMPF has four scholarships available for qualified graduate students. Three $2,000 scholarships and one $3,000 scholarship are available. The purpose of the scholarships is to support the graduate education of those students who are pursuing research that directly benefits milk marketing cooperatives and the U.S. dairy industry.

NMPF invites applications from students with a variety of research interests. General research areas that provide useful information to milk marketing cooperatives include, but are not limited to animal health, environmental economics, food safety, genetics and herd management, marketing and price analysis, nutrition, and product development.
